1. Acceptance
By accessing or using NaughtyBot ("Service") you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Age requirement
The Service is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We reserve the right to terminate access if we have reason to believe this requirement is not met.
3. Nature of the Service
NaughtyBot provides AI-generated conversational content for entertainment. Personas, characters, and content are entirely artificial and computer-generated. They do not represent real persons. Any resemblance is coincidental.
The Service is not a substitute for real human relationships, professional advice, therapy, or medical care. AI responses should not be treated as factual or authoritative.
3a. AI transparency disclosure
- You are interacting with an AI system, not a human.
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, fabrications, or inconsistencies.
- The AI has no real emotions, consciousness, or experiences. Personality is a product of programming.
- Content moderation combines automated heuristics and AI-based classifiers; false positives and negatives are possible.
- No automated decision has legal or similarly significant effects on you. Suspension decisions triggered by automated moderation are subject to human review.
4. Account and subscription
Premium features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and you authorise charges on the applicable billing cycle.
You may cancel any time. On cancellation you retain access until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund rules.
On a failed payment we'll notify you and allow a grace period before suspending access. Chargebacks result in immediate access revocation and account suspension.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate, distribute, or solicit content depicting, promoting, or facilitating harm to minors in any form.
- Harass, threaten, or target real individuals.
- Attempt to extract personally identifiable information through prompts.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise circumvent technical measures.
- Use automated tools to access the Service at scale without prior written permission.
- Share your account credentials.
Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.
6. Content policy
NaughtyBot is an adult content platform. Content is generated for consenting adults only and filtered through our moderation system. We maintain absolute zero tolerance for any content involving minors.
You may not upload, submit, or attempt to generate content that depicts real persons without consent, constitutes defamation or harassment, or is otherwise unlawful in your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual property
Generated content is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialise outputs without our prior written consent. Trademarks, branding, and proprietary technology remain the property of [Operator entity — TBD].
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Operator entity — TBD] disclaims all warranties express or implied. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
