Exemption — AI-generated content
NaughtyBot is an artificial intelligence platform. All personas, characters, and content generated by or on the platform are entirely computer-generated by AI systems. No actual human beings are depicted, photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded in connection with any content produced by the NaughtyBot service.
Because no actual human beings are depicted in any content produced by NaughtyBot, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to AI-generated content produced by this platform.
All AI-generated personas and characters are depicted as adults aged 18 years or older. NaughtyBot does not produce, host, or distribute any content depicting minors, and such content is strictly prohibited by our Terms of Service.
User-submitted content
To the extent that any user-submitted content constitutes a "visual depiction" as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and depicts actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct, such content is not permitted on NaughtyBot. Users who submit content involving real persons do so in violation of our Terms of Service, and such content will be removed upon discovery.
